I wish I had bought more stuff! We got an assortment of fresh cookies. I honestly just pointed to things not knowing what they were and everything was incredible. You can’t go wrong here!
This is the place if you’re looking for freshly-baked, typical Venetian pastries. Good variety too. Our favorite was the Almond Frollo, which had wonderful taste and texture.

They offer a good choice of traditional venetian cookies, among which I found their Zaeti especially tasty. Cornmeal gave Zaeti its special taste and texture. Beside, I like their almond cookies too since you could really taste and see the almond out of it.

Excellent homemade-like sweets and cookies at a good price. It is very fresh and has a well balanced taste. It is a small shop with no seats though.

We visited several towns over 11 days in Italy, eating at different bakeries and the breakfast here was the best of all places!!

The best cookies I have ever eaten! Best in my whole life, best in Italy, best in Burano. It is a family owned place that is just absolutely amazing! The owners are very nice and all of the cookies are delicious. 1000% recommend and would come back.
Follow your nose to the magnificent smell emanating from this local favourite. If I didn’t need clothes for the rest of my vacation, I’d throw them all out and fill my bags with their S cookies and trecce al pistachio. I just wish I was in Burano long enough to try their entire menu.

Traditional bakery of Burano. I got a delicious S-shaped cookie for cheap. Great for a snack!
Delicious (and gluten free) spumiglie- meringues. My companion enjoyed her Burano cookie. Server helpfully explained that while there’s no gluten in the meringues, there’s gluten circulating in the air in the kitchen, which is important to be aware of

If you come to this island you MUST try the bakery goods here. It’s a family owned business and everything is handmade.
Good price, local and very tasty.
Probably the best cookies in Venice. There wasn’t a sign when we went, so it’s easy to miss. Seems like a genuine local serving locals place that was so good that it’s gotten popular with tourists. Definitely stop by and grab something if you’re in Burano.
This is the bakery I had to buy an extra hard sided suitcase for just to bring back bags of his cookies. There is no sign or fancy décor, so you have to plan ahead so you know where it is. All the baked goods are authentic and 100% made by the owner onsite. For 5 euros you can buy a bag of memories to last a lifetime(or at least until you return to Burano).
